The SME Export Clinic is a one-day coaching event that addresses the different themes of export from a business perspective with concrete examples.
The participating company acquires the capacity of an export clinic to start its export business or to develop an existing export business. Whether it is the companies’ international capabilities, identifying new markets, choosing an internationalization model, or even getting sales leads, we bring practical solutions to these challenges. However, at the heart of it all is getting sales.
The day is tailored so that the subscriber selects two of the 3-4h program sections below. The content is designed according to the wishes of the client and possibly the participating companies.
NB! Due to the current epidemic situation and the guidance of government meetings of more than 10 people, we do not organize Export Clinics in the traditional way, but implement the whole unit remotely.
Selectable program sections
International trade lecture look at the dimensions of international trade from a sales perspective, or alternatively look at a specific market area. The information can be tailored to meet the needs of both an export company and an experienced export company.
Participants will be offered company-specific coaching based on the company’s own needs. Suitable themes may include readiness mapping and development needs, highlighting competitive advantages and goals, developing an action plan, and customer and partner tips.
The workshops are built on the desired themes according to the wishes of the customer and the companies. Following the joint contribution, each theme will be addressed by an expert led by the participating companies. Suitable themes may include building an internationalization plan, conducting a market survey, and budgeting for export trade.
